I found this manifesto , or modest Proposal as its called via the eyecandy link.
And as working VJ we can only sign everything it and hope it will help changing some things in future for VJs .
Chris Korda (author of Whorld Visualizer and Freeframe plugin ) and friends take credit for starting up this needed project .
